I have a passion for learning, development, and people! Enjoys finding solutions that will help improve others through knowledge and imagination. Eager to use my expertise in working with diverse groups to meet the multifaceted needs of their organization. Some say I am a little crazy for swimming across the lake Okanagan – but I LOVE it. Experience includes Over 10 years of experience facilitating diverse populations, 1 year of formalized HR experience, and over 5 years of exposure to recruitment & selection, training & development, coaching, mentorship, and administrative execution.
